After the initial appraisal full rental particulars are prepared and all prospective Tenants informed via sms text of the new registered property. The property will be advertised regularly in the Gazette and Herald and included on the website. All viewings are accompanied whether the property is occupied or not. Any interested parties complete a Letsure Tenant Assessment form, this informs Bulmers of any adverse credit history and confirm income and previous Landlord details. An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement is prepared and a full inventory including photographs, both are signed by the Tenant and Bulmers as your Letting Agent. Confirmation letters are then send to both parties.
At the end of the tenancy a final inspection will be carried out.
