My name is Sally Bulmer and I created this company in September 2006 and have never looked backed since! Prior to that I worked for another local company and have now got over 17 years experience in lettings and everyday is still different! The business has gone from strength to strength, at first this was just myself and one member of staff, as you can see there is now six of us and all kept very busy. I pride myself in being able to give everyone a personal service and given them 100% attention. The majority of my time is spent running the office but I am also a partner in a local caravan site which my husband runs on a day to day basis. I have two lovely children who also keep me busy on usual parent taxi runs etc. Outside of work I love entertaining and the odd shopping and spa day. I think if there was a caption to describe me it would be “work hard play hard”!
My name is Samantha Marwood. I joined Bulmers initially for work experience 6 years ago, since then I helped after school and in school holidays. After I finished my A levels in July 2010 I was pleased to accept a full time position here at Bulmers Letting Agency. It is quite hectic at times but I do really enjoy my job. I am now a qualified ARLA member which is proving to be a great benefit.
I love seeing friends and going on shopping trips, clothes, jewellery and shoes are my weakness!
My name is Anita Cooper. My role at Bulmers Letting Agency is dealing with the Accounts. Therefore my job entails paying out Landlords and Suppliers on a daily basis, doing the banking and all other related Accounting Issues. I have worked here for 8 years. I am married and have two children who keep me very busy.
I have recently joined the Bulmers team as a full time member of staff. I am a farmer’s daughter who enjoys the country life and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I have my own horse which I enjoy riding and am a member of Kirkbymoorside Young Farmers. In my spare time I like to eat out and socialise with my friends.
My name is Dawn Ferrer I joined Bulmers Letting Agency in October 2013 after working for 29 years with a Local Authority my work experience has been gained from working in the Planning Department, Valuation and Estates and the Countryside Section. My current role as Lettings Assistant involves Property Management where I am responsible for carrying out routine inspections at properties and following up repair orders.
I have a very busy life out of work with 3 daughters and a 1 year old granddaughter, but in my spare time I do like to socialise and dine out.
My name is Rosie Roberts. I recently joined Bulmers working full time since the beginning of September after completing my A levels. After deciding University wasn’t for myself, I was lucky enough to be offered a position as a trainee lettings agent, I am looking forward to starting my training which I hope will be very beneficial for my work here. In my spare time I enjoy eating out and spending time with family and friends.
