The Team

Sally Bulmer

My name is Sally Bulmer and I created this company in September 2006 and have never looked backed since! Prior to that I worked for another local company and have now got over 15 years experience in lettings and everyday is still different! The business has gone from strength to strength, at first this was just myself and one member of staff, as you can see there is now five of us and all kept very busy. I pride myself in being able to give everyone a personal service and given them 100% attention, this is achieved by the office only being a lettings office The majority of my time is spent running the office but I am also partner in Peter Illingworth (Malton) and at a local caravan site which my husband runs on a day to day basis and have two lovely children who also keep me busy on usual parent taxi runs etc. Outside of work I love entertaining and the odd shopping and spa day. I think if there was a caption to describe me it would be “work hard play hard”!

Sarah Beal

My name is Sarah Beal, I am a Lettings Advisor here at Bulmers Letting Agency, where I have worked for nearly a year. Previously I worked for a local firm for four years doing a mixture of residential sales and lettings.  I really enjoy working in the rental sector, dealing with a variety of different situations each day.  I live on a farm in a small village outside Malton. Outside of work I like socialising with friends, meals out and occasionally trying to keep fit through running/gym! My main interest is riding, I used to do a bit of eventing but now stick to hunting and local competitions. I also take a keen interest in following point to point racing.

Anita Cooper

My name is Anita Cooper.  My role at Bulmers Letting Agency is dealing with the Accounts.  Therefore my job entails paying out Landlords and Suppliers on a daily basis, doing the banking and all other related Accounting Issues.  I have worked here for nearly 5 years.  I am married and have two young children who keep me very busy.

Sam Marwood

My name is Samantha Marwood and I am a trainee Letting Agent. I joined Bulmers initially for work experience 4 years ago, since then I helped after school and in school holidays. After I finished my A levels in July 2010 I was pleased to accept a full time position here at Bulmers Letting Agency. It is quite hectic at times but I do really enjoy my job. I am in the process of carrying out my ARLA qualification which will be a great benefit.

I love seeing friends and going on shopping trips, clothes, jewellery and shoes are my weakness!

Claire Curtoys

My name is Claire Curtoys, I have been working at Bulmers for nearly 3 years.  I have a background in healthcare and decided I need a change in direction.  I work part-time on a variety of administrative tasks and meet clients out at properties on viewings. My responsibility is to follow up Repair Orders and chase our various collection of invaluable suppliers!  I am  married with 2 children and my husband runs a local small drinks business which, along with my work days at Bulmers, gives me a full and busy week!
