After the initial appraisal, full rental particulars are prepared and all prospective Tenants informed via SMS text of the new registered property.
The property will be advertised regularly in the office, the Gazette and Herald and included on the website and Rightmove.
All viewings are accompanied whether the property is occupied or not. Any interested parties complete a comprehensive Tenant Assessment form. This informs Bulmers of any adverse credit history and confirms income and previous Landlord details. An Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and a full inventory and condition report including photographs are prepared – both signed by the tenant and Bulmers as your Letting Agent. Confirmation letters are then sent to both parties. The deposit is placed into the bank account under the TDS scheme and protected for you as directed by the Government.
